A CD has been released of Glass's score for A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME on the Orange Mountain label. If you are fan of the music of Philip Glass, this is a must-have. Even if you are not a big admirer of Glass, this is one of his most compelling and accessible scores.

What am I missing here? Didn't this come out last year?

I really enjoy the three Glass scores for Morris films. It was a bit strange to me when Elfman did SOP and really started his score with "Elfman doing Glass." Despite that, I really liked SOP. On the other hand the Rumsfeld one wasn't very good.

ichecked this out of the library.
One of the worst scores Glass has ever composed.
IT recycles the basic material from his superb THIN BLUE LINE music and removes everything that was dramatic, moving and suspenseful from that classic.
Boring.
