Gotta love it. Pure drama from the opening, gets saucy around 7:00, then "If I Could Be With You" at 10:00. And then I lose it completely at 16:07. Pulver. Ha! Thanks for posting.
The music emphasizes that it's more of a "dramedy" than a comedy. From the get-go it's dark and unsettling in a wonderful Silver Age manner. Consider the "Order of the Palm" scene which goes from gentle nostalgia to angry heart-wrenching climax, followed by the innocent-looking plane departure which musically sounds like an alternate Psycho shower scene cue instead of returning to nostalgia. Nothing good can come from the events. Love it. We've had stem releases before, I can't understand why this hasn't been released (unless it's legal).
