Composer Haydn Wood's "Tower Hill" is strangely familiar to me. I refer specifically to the dramatic minor-key midsection (1:19-2:19). Definitely screams old b&w movie. I'm sure I've heard it somewhere else.

Sadly, it's not on youtube, but it is on spotify and on cd ("The Golden Age of Light Music: Joyousness - The Music of Haydn Wood"). It's part of his "London Landmarks Suite".

For what it's worth, that dramatic midsection also reminds me of Ennio Morricone's "Capone's Theme" from the 1987 flick "The Untouchables".
