The talented young German composer Robin Hoffmann provided the stunning orchestrations for an album of songs performed by the vocalist Aliki (Reflections) that came out last year. The instrumentals were recorded by the wonderful City of Prague orchestra. Hoffmann has uploaded two of the pure instrumental tracks to his SoundCloud and they are a real treat. In particular, his orchestration of “Falling Slowly” from the 2007 film ONCE is absolutely gorgeous. Check it out here:
