Any news about a "Mike Post & Pete Carpenter" CD-Set (filled with "Rockford", "Magnum", "A-Team" etc.)
And how about a possible original "Airwolf"-score CD at least with the music from the pilot-movie. There was such great orchestral music written by Levay, that Mark Cairns couldn`t redo by using only synthesizers. (Nevertheless his CDs are gorgeous!)

Would love to tackle all that some day

I ve got only one question. since you guys are doing lots of Tv Shows, is there any chance for a real Buffy set? I love Beck's score, and he wrote a lot of music who needs to be released!

A 4 disc box set of Buffy Music that covers all 7 seasons (sans the musical) ala The X-Files Volume One? Why, that sounds like a great idea to coincide with the show's 20th anniversary in 2017!

I hope you do it!

MV hints it's coming this year so it'll already be done, or very nearly done

How bout Angel?

Is there anything in the works by composers Chuck Lorre or Dennis C. Brown?

big grin

I'm sorry, but I have no idea who you are talking about. I'm sure they are talented composer, but it would help me, as well as most others reading this thread, if you were to cite a few examples of their work when you mention their names. It's not like you are asking about composers whose names are as well known as a Goldsmith, Barry, Tiomkin or Williams.

Thank you

Now that you have a firmly established track record of releasing Jay Chattaway material, is there any chance of a Maniac Cop 1 and 2 double-header? Maniac Cop had a (short) LP release, and Maniac Cop 2 had a CD release from the same (not exactly great) elements as the blu-ray isolated score. Proper releases of both would be superb.

Add to that Joel Goldsmith's score for Maniac Cop 3.

In fact, absolutely anything by Joel Goldsmith!

Dennis C. Brown did the score for the 1987 TMNT Series:

Chuck Lorre is credited with writing the catchy theme song.

Excellent news about the Buffy-Set! big grin

So will this be labeled as Volume One, as your X-Files comment seems to suggest? smile

And what about Is Nick Bicât's "A Christmas Carol (1984)"?
Any Chance of La-La Land tackling this some (Christmas-)day?

Any chance of some unreleased Tangerine Dream, maybe The Soldier?

Or, how about the Warner album of Goldsmith's The Swarm?

I admit that was my first thought as well. It's like a disease. I apologize for my people.

Any classic TV Western sets coming, with assorted top composers? Like Rawhide? Or Wagon Train?
Kritzerland has The Cisco Kid coming, so that's a good start.

Great question Basil. Something like RAWHIDE and WAGON TRAIN would be an instant buy for me.
I would think TV westerns from the late 50s and 60s would sell very well. TV westerns from that period had wonderful music scores. MV?

Fantastic music we would love to explore. I'm a sucker for Westerns

MV

Thanks for considering the TV westerns MV. smile

Chuck Lorre is better known for his sitcoms than his songwriting. It's like a weird little piece of trivia that the guy who created shows like Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men wrote the Ninja Turtles cartoon theme.
