Elfman's contributions to Before I Wake are lovely; they have that mix of sadness and beauty that he does so well.

Huh. Two soundtracks for Thomas Jane movies. Weird coincidence.

Too bad one of them isn't Mark Mancina's Fair Game to observe Cindy Crawford's birthday! (THIS IS A JOKE.)

I have never even heard of those movies.

In other news, you kids get out of my yard.

Samples! Good to hear them first.

Shame that It sounds like Eyquem can't do action as well as he does more emotional stuff. I'm not inspired by the Abandon Ship sample.

Yeah, that action cue is straight from the RC playbook, complete with the dreaded HORN OF DOOM.

Isn't Barbarella supposed to be in this batch?

Brilliant about BEFORE I WAKE. I'd given up hope on this coming out after Varese delayed it. Great score to a great wee film that seems to have just about fallen through the cracks due to all the behind the scenes problems.
And a Benjamin Wallfisch score to boot! Woo-hoo!
