He's never actually seen any films made after 1976. Or so he said, once. Can you find the quote? Others have made that claim about me; it's not true. I've said that my interest in soundtracks in general starts to trail off around mid-70s, but that is by no means exclusive. Oh, and there is no E at the end of my last name, Mr. Watte. No, Onya. There is no quote. I lied in order to give the piece more bite. Regarding your surname - I used the adjective "Birryesque" in another thread, because I thought that "Birriesque" didn't look right. Then when I was pondering all that, I forgot what your real surname was. It's a strange name. Are you from foreign climes? Finally, the thread in which I mentioned you is on the other side. It's about Basil Kirchin, a composer you MUST like. And I say "must", not as a logical deduction, but rather as an obligation. You will like Basil Kirchin. I mean, you WILL like Basil Kirchin. Back to "fixing slow films". That Andy War-Hole photo of the rubbish tip that you're supposed to look at for three days could do with a bit of trimming around the edges, and have Jason Statham sit atop it into the bargain. I actually really do hate those modern action scenes. They're so stressful. What's the eye supposed to be looking at now? And those fights that happen in mid-air. I'm getting stressed just thinking about it.

Thor, sometimes you remind me of Mr Spock. I think that you fail to grasp the deadpan humour behind the character of Mr Onya Birrie. I think you're right. I have no sense of humour. thor that really should be in Norwegian and on a tee shirt!!
