The sound samples work perfectly with the Internet Explorer 11. However, if you use for example the Firefox browser, the samples seem to be not there at all which is kind of strange.
I'm testing with Chrome and links appear. In fact, the page source code hasn't been changed. It's already changed, I think now it works directly from the Filmscoremonthly:

Every week I do a radio program of movie music. You can hear it in this web: http://www.rosebudbandasonora.com/radio/ This week's will be dedicated to Renzo Rossellini's CD and you'll be able to hear a lot of "Il magistrato" and "Difendo il mio amore" music. The program is broadcast in Spain through the radio on Sunday afternoons. Tomorrow Monday will be available for download.
I've listened to both scores and they are absolutely great! The sound quality is very good too (mono). Anyone who's a fan of Golden Age should check it out, including those not familiar with Italian composers.
