OKJA---trailer released for the Netflix movie from Bong Joon-ho (SNOWPIERCER) about a girl who protects a beast from being kidnapped by a conglomerate. Tilda Swinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Steven Yeun and Giancarlo Esposito star.

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI---producer JJ Abrams commented on Mark Hamill's performance in THE LAST JEDI, “I think we are all going to be very upset if he does not win an Oscar, and no one more upset than Mark.”
ALIEN: COVENANT---new poster released for the sequel.
GODZILLA: KING OF MONSTERS---Vera Farmiga (BATES MOTEL) will play the mother of Millie Bobby Brown (STRANGER THINGS) in the sequel. Kyle Chandler (FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS) will play Brown's father.
SUICIDE SQUAD 2---Mel Gibson commented on rumors he will direct the sequel, “I don’t know. I just met some guys about story points. It’s not a done deal or anything, but it’s just fun to shoot the pool, you know, when it comes stories. I love doing it. And if we can elevate any type of concept, it’s good.”
DEADPOOL 2---Russell Crowe hinted he will play Cable in the sequel when he reposted a fan's art of Crowe as Cable. Robert Liefeld, creator of Cable and Deadpool, posted his comment, "Freaking AWESOME sir!!". Earlier, Liefeld had posted to Crowe, "You should read for #Cable in 'Deadppol' and 'X-Force'. Just sayin...".
GOTHAM CITY SIRENS---director David Ayer posted a picture of Black Mask which may hint that Black Mask is the movie's villain.
STAR TREK: DISCOVERY---CBS head Les Moonves said about when the series will premiere, "In late summer, early fall we're looking at probably, right now."
MELROSE---Benedict Cumberbatch stars in this Showtime five-part miniseries based on the Edward St. Aubyn novels about playboy Patrick Melrose.
INCORPORATED---Syfy cancelled the series produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
X-MEN---producer Simon Kinberg commented on Mr. Sinisiter appearing in future X-Men movies, "The short answer is yes. We’d love to see Sinister. I think he is one of the great untapped villains in the X-Men universe, and we do have plans to introduce him into the world.”
Also, Stephen Moyer (TRUE BLOOD) will star with Jamie Chung in the Fox X-Men pilot about parents who discover their children have superpowers and go underground to escape persecution.

Hendra's LAMPOON colleague, Michael O'Donoghue, despised Hendra for another bad, though not-nearly-as-odious a reason:
"There were internal squabbles at Lampoon headquarters. It was bad enough when Michael O’Donoghue learned that Tony Hendra had slept with his then-girlfriend, and O’Donoghue demanded that Matty Simmons fire Hendra. Of course, he wouldn’t, but instead he gave him the Lampoon radio program reaching 600 stations. The other feud developed concerning O’Donoghue and his new girlfriend, Anne Beatts. They were a romantic couple bound together by a mutual sense of absolute irreverence."
