"We are rereleasing the complete OST on CD by Bruno Nicolai for the comedy film “When Women Lost Their Tails” (aka “Quando Le Donne Persero La Coda”). Originally C.A.M. had never released any disc with the OST by Bruno Nicolai from the movie "When Women Lost Their Tails," although Ennio Morricone had released an LP for the film "When Women Had Tails" in 1970 (SAG 9032). Finally in 2000 C.A.M. rereleased Morricone’s OST from the first film for the first time on CD (CAM 495375-2), which was combined with six tracks from Maestro Nicolai, inspired by the sequel. We should start by saying that "When Women Lost Their Tails" also contains music by Ennio Morricone taken from the first film, and we discovered that a previously unreleased master stereo album had been created by Maestro Nicolai with twelve tracks lasting a total of 31:33 minutes. Now we are pleased to offer all the music specially written and recorded for the film that will delight the fans of Maestro Nicolai around the world."
"We are releasing for the absolute first time on CD, the complete edition OST by Gianni Ferrio for the Western film “Death Sentence” (original title “Sentenza di morte”, aka “Django - Unbarmherzig wie die Sonne” – “Sentence de mort” – “Sentencia de muerte”). C.A.M. had originally released an LP (10.009 MAG) with nineteen tracks in mono lasting 33:07 minutes. For our CD (total playing time of 53:50 minutes), we were able to use the original album master which we have re-recorded in its entirety. In 1993, CAM had only published seven pieces from the vinyl on CD (CAM 494 580), combining them with selections taken from two other Spaghetti Western OSTs by Gianni Ferrio: "Blood for a Silver Dollar" and "Sundance and the Kid" (now available in its complete version on CD Digitmovies). In addition to the twelve tracks on the original vinyl which now appear for the first time on CD, we found about twenty minutes of totally new material on the mono master tapes from the recording session."

Very interesting. "Sentenza di morte" was probably the most wanted/expected title (and I think many expected this one to come out in 2015 or 2016!) Surely it will sell rapidly. .
Especially as the new Digit CD editions - as well as the ones for March - are now also limited to only 300 (!) copies. Not even 500 anymore as before!
It is specified on the SAE and on the Intermezzo websites.

As I've said elsewhere, unless they're being handed these scores for free, how can you break even at 300 copies. Perhaps they have booklet printers and pressing plants donating their services?

I agree with you that it is certainly not quite easy to break even at 300 copies if you have to pay licensing fees for example for all those Sugar titles - and they are not at all available for free - which get released on CD. It seems that producing soundtrack CDs becomes more and more of a side job or hobby also for Digitmovies. And of course Digitmovies - as it can be seen on their website - is involved in many other activities which may gain more profit nowadays: screening services, video productions, database services, apps for work etc.
