Percy Faith did yet another one, back when EVERYBODY was covering "Born Free"

The David Rose album, Music from Motion Pictures, was one of my first film music LPs. I still have it, but it is in less than pristine condition. Was it ever released on CD? I was never able to find it.
I transferred it to CD, but there are lots of clicks and pops.

David Rose does one in 1957, with a VERY surprising final cut.

The final track may be his rejected theme for "Forbidden Planet"

Roy, could you please edit your post so that the final track remains a surprise for those who have not heard the recording?

Thanks.

I said it "may be". Just a guess.

Why am I not surprised that Frank DeVol got into this game, too?

Mancini hadda have his name and face all over everything he did.

This one is mostly TV, but some feature stuff, too.

Heres one I picked up back in the day. At the time it was the only way to get a copy of The Morning After from The Posiedon Adventure. A nice album just the same.

Claude Bolling did one, which should surprise no one.

You can't get David Rose to quit doing this!
