STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI---poster released. Also, director Rian Johnson refused to comment on the rumor that Prince William and Prince Harry will have cameos as Stormtroopers, “I have no idea what you’re talking about. I have no clue. The last voice you heard … I can neither confirm nor deny.”
STAR WARS: EPISODE IX---Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy denied rumors that Carrie Fisher will appear, via CGI or unused footage, in EPISODE IX, "We finished everything in VIII and Carrie is absolutely phenomenal in the movie, and we’re so happy we were able to complete filming in the summer. Unfortunately, Carrie passed away [at a] time when we were well underway with EPISODE IX in our thoughts. We had not written a script yet. But we’ve regrouped. We started over again in January. Sadly, Carrie will not be in IX.”
STAR WARS: EPISODE II--ATTACK OF THE CLONES---Hayden Christensen, at Star Wars Celebration 2017 in Orlando, gave a tongue-in-cheek reply to fans about his infamous "sand scene", IN ATTACK OF THE CLONES, “Well you know, it’s not very smooth. It doesn’t really stay in one place, so I’m not such a big fan of it myself although if it leads to the water I can tolerate it. But Anakin came from a desert planet so I understood his contempt for it.”
DOCTOR WHO---a British tabloid said Kris Marshall (LOVE ACTUALLY) will be the new Doctor Who. However, the BBC said, “No casting decisions have yet been made on series 11.”
ALIEN---Ridley Scott said John Logan will return to write the sequel to COVENANT and "different mutations" of the Xenomorph will appear in the sequels. Scott confirmed that Ellen Ripley is not the daughter of Daniels (Katherine Waterston). When asked if a young Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) might appear via CGI in the COVENANT sequels, he said, "You could do that."
THE HITMAN'S BODYGUARD---poster released that spoofs THE BODYGUARD poster that starred Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston.
THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.---Armie Hammer said a sequel might be in the future, “I called Lionel Wigram, the producer of the movie, and he and Guy [Ritchie] produced it and wrote it all together. I was like, ‘Dude, what’s the deal? I get asked about this s–t all the time. Can you just write a sequel?’ He was like, ‘You know what? Yeah, f–k it, I’ll do it. Sure, I’ll write a sequel'... Apparently, the sequel is being written right now..."
JUSTICE LEAGUE---Michael McElhatton (GAME OF THRONES) said he has a cameo at the beginning of the movie, “There is probably going to be a lot more humor in [JUSTICE LEAGUE], I think would probably be the main difference from the previous one [BATMAN v SUPERMAN]. I found the scene I did, which is kind of a big opening scene, was pretty dark actually in its tone, but in a good way. It was comic booky, but I think you can thread a certain amount of humor through it.”
FEAR THE WALKING DEAD---AMC renewed the series for Season 4.
OUTSIDERS---WGN America cancelled the series.

Armie's got such a f-ing way with words, he should just write the f-ing screenplay his f-ing self. Like sh-t, man, wtf not.
