Attention U.S. TCM Subscribers: Many prefer the decade older version of 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' to this one, but not I. The *psychological* terror inflicted in Victor Fleming's 1941 version makes it infinitely compelling, dastardly noirish, suggestively sexual, and contemporarily relevant. My review, including showtime information throughout the U.S. this Wednesday morning (April 19) can be read here: http://thecinemacafe.com/the-cinema-treasure-hunter/2015/8/7/now-listen-to-me#Dr.-Jekyll-and-Mr.-Hyde
