ALIEN: COVENANT---20th Century Fox released a VR video, "In Utero", depicting the birth of the Neomorph.

Also, Ridley Scott said the sequel to COVENANT is underway, “We’re writing [a sequel] now, as we speak. I’ll be filming that within 14 months.”
Scott also gave additional comments on Neill Blomkamp's cancelled sequel to ALIENS titled AWAKENING, “They [20th Century Fox] wanted to do ALIEN, er, AWAKENING – Neill Blomkamp. I said fine. I was going to be the producer. If I could have, I would have. Except I do question – why have both [Blomkamp’s AWAKENING and Scott’s ALIEN] out there? It seems like shooting your big toe off – it doesn’t make sense."
He added, “But they didn’t go forward with it, Fox, so I just kind of kept out of it. I mean, I’d literally ignited this thing to bring it off the ground again, because it was lying there dormant on a shelf. I had this thing to bring it back up – but here we are.”
It appears that the sequel to COVENANT will be titled ALIEN: AWAKENING.

HAN SOLO---photo released from the film set in the Canary Islands resembles the planet Tatooine from the original movies.
LIBERTY ROAD---World War II movie underway based on the book THE BATTERED BASTARDS OF BASTOGNE which is about the German siege of the Belgian town during the Battle of the Bulge when US General Anthony McAuliffe replied, "Nuts" to the German demand to surrender. Matt Charmin (BRIDGE OF SPIES) is the producer and supervising writer.
MY DINNER WITH HERVE---Peter Dinklage (GAME OF THRONES) and Jamie Dornan (FIFTY SHADES OF GREY) star in this HBO tv movie about a struggling journalist who spends one wild night in Los Angeles with Herve Villechaize (FANTASY ISLAND, THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN) which changes their lives.
HELLBOY---writer Andrew Cosby commented on the reboot movie, “I can’t really talk about specifics with regard to the story, which they’re keeping a pretty tight lid on at the moment, but I can say that this is a darker, more gruesome version of Hellboy. Neil [Marshall] said from the very beginning that he wanted to walk a razor’s edge between horror and comic book movie, which was music to my ears, because that’s what I was shooting for in the script, and precisely what Mignola does so well with the comics.”
THE IRISHMAN---Netflix/Martin Scorsese movie underway about Teamster leader Frank Sheeran who claimed he killed Jimmy Hoffa. Robert De Niro stars and will appear as a younger Sheeran via CGI.
DREAMLAND---Margot Robbie stars in this Depression era movie in which a teenage boy-turned-bounty hunter beats the FBI and police to capture a female bank robber, but discovers she's not what the cops said she is.
RETRIBUTION---Liam Neeson stars in this movie, a remake of the Spanish movie EL DESCONOCIDO, in which a Wall Street executive discovers a bomb in his car that will explode unless he gets a lot of money for the bomber.
DEADPOOL 2---a source said three X-Force Mutants will appear in the sequel: Sunspot, Feral and Shatterstar.
THE STRAIN---Season 4, the last season, will premiere on July 16.
THE GIFTED---Fox ordered the X-Men tv series and cancelled SLEEPY HOLLOW and ROSEWOOD.
TAKEN---NBC renewed the series for Season 2

Afterwards he wasnt sure what to send back when one of his aides reminded him of his initial response and suggested sending that, and history was made.
