I do not see anyone caring about Spiderman Homecoming, I think that is the next bomb after Mummy.
The buzz for Spider-Man is really good and the fans who have been waiting for a "Marvel Produced" film are walking around with erections every time a clip comes up. The previews are pretty much everywhere. I think this will have a huge opening, honestly. Whether or not it has legs remains to be seen. For me, the trailer is simply average and doesn't look any different than previous SM films. Just has another whiny actor in the lead and - yay? - Robert Downey Jr being being kinda creepy about opening a door for a teen aged boy.
