Jablonsky: The movie "gave me the opportunity to explore new musical ideas… The storyline allowed me to write melodies that are a bit more ‘classical’ than I’ve written for the other Transformers films, which was a lot of fun for me." Here's a cue:
That's #3 title confirmed for July 11. Just waiting on final artwork approval on title #4.
July is turning out to be an expensive month! Finally some new product is coming in!

I know, you said - NEVER. But I hope it will be Batman & Harley Quinn from McCuistion/Ritmanis/Carter team. Well, at least we can dream about this one (and upcoming sequel for Caped Crusaders of course!), eh? I love my dreams

I like this track a lot. I loved Jablonsky's work on the first movie and hope, as he says in the interview, this signals a return to that more melody-driven approach.
Oh man, is the second Caped Crusaders in the can yet? I mean, because, well, you know.
Jablonsky in medieval mode, please tell me we're getting more Your Highness!! Track has me hopeful in that it sounds almost Ender's Game-ish, which is also good stuff...
Sounds good. Will Transformers 4 be in this set? Do La La Land have plans to repress it? Surprised that such popular scores have had limited or no CD releases:
Transformers: Belated release which went out of print and has not been repressed. There’s now a cottage industry that is filling the gap. Transformers (2): The only score to be widely available and cheaply too. Transformers (3): Digital release despite some rumours that there would be a CD Transformers (4): Limited release, sold out fairly quickly if I’m right? Transformers (5): Limited release, will sell out fairly quickly.

I couldn't get very far through the soundtrack on Spotify. Sounds like the typical modern Jablonsky score. His classical style is still miles away from where it should be. When the orchestra appears it doesn't sound natural much at all and the bass is far too prominent. After the first two tracks I skipped to the end hoping for something more interesting and didn't find it.

Brother this post just ain't makin' much sense.
His classical style is still miles away from where it should be? Who's to say where it "should" be? I'm assuming it's far from where you would prefer or like it to be, but that's different than where it should be. I think it's difficult for you to make an argument criticizing the progress of Jablonsky's classical style, personally. I'd guess he's pretty close to how he likes it or how he executes his style -- or at the very least, how the studios mandated it to sound.
Also, you listened to two tracks and then skipped all of them and went straight to the end -- then complain about not finding anything interesting? Erm, you just completely ignored most of the score! I'm assuming you were saying you were hoping for something more interesting from the end of the score only and not the score as a whole, because otherwise you missed the glaringly obvious fact that there could very likely be something of interest in the huge amount of content that you disregarded.

I don't think you gave it much of a chance if that's your opinion after two tracks.
As a friend of mine just said about the first track, "This movie cannot possibly deserve this music" because of how good it is.
