This has actually made me curious about film score tracks that have 'scherzo' in the title itself. I know Williams and Goldenthal have a few. Other noteworthies?

The term can also refer to a fast-moving humorous composition that may or may not be part of a larger work.

Jerry Fielding's "Big Fite" from "The Trouble with Tribbles" was described by Fred Steiner as "...a kinetic, demonic scherzo almost begging to be choreographed."
