In 1988, the Chiodo Brothers unleashed "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" onto the world. I was selected to compose the music score for this amazing film, which has become a Sci-fi classic. Throughout all these years, your love for this film and its music score has been a powerful source of inspiration for me.
My original synthesizers exploded the soundtrack with a kaleidoscope of colors and textures, however, the creative soul and inspiration living in this epic score was born from the heart of classical music.
It is my desire to re-awaken the heart and soul of this iconic film score, adding a fresh dimension by utilizing the powerful majesty of a full classical orchestra featuring Hollywood’s finest musicians. I invite you to join me personally in this amazing artistic process.

I love the idea of this getting an orchestra score. I am confused though is the only way to get the CD by contributing to the crowdfunding and what happens if the goal isn't met? Do you get your money back?
I'm going to get the CD for sure, but can't lie about being disappointed in where the price was set for the DVD. I really wanted that, but a hundred bucks? Sorry, that's outside my range.

Could not agree more. I hope my minor gripe about the DVD tier doesn't make me seem against this, I am getting that CD for sure. I've been a supporter/fan of this film and score for years. Still have my copy of the original score when it finally saw a release. Heck, I love John's cheesy but fun score for The Wizard Of Speed And Time.

I think that video of the entire song is on one of the thumbs in the Indiegogo campaign.
Bear McCreary is going to perform on this album in September, according to the funding update. I went in at a level that has me as an in studio guest. I can't wait.
