...is this available on one of their CDs? This is one of the BEST SONGS......EVER! If you grew up IN the 70s(During your teen years)you'll understand what I mean by this song just OOZES that 70s sound that so many groups used.

According to Wikipedia, "The Cheap Trick version was released on the That '70s Album soundtrack album and another version by Cheap Trick was released on their album Authorized Greatest Hits."

Cheap Trick's version was recorded long after the 70s. The original version from the 1970s is, of course, by Big Star.

Since this thread has long been abandoned, I thought I'd confess my love for Big Star's "September Gurls", though I doubt it got much airplay when Jim Cleveland was living Over the Edge. wink
