Anyway, hope it is all resolved in your favor solium. I do have Horror stories from the past with another outlet mentioned, but that's all in the past and I have long forgotten and ceased to order from them.

I'm pretty patient and forgiving. Sometimes mistakes are made. If customer service handled things properly, I would've given them a second chance. But their lack of feedback and action after taking my money ruins any chance I'll do business with them again.
Oh, and this was my attempt not to give Amazon my business. Total fail. LOL

I think that's exactly the case. When they're working through a larger company like eBay or Amazon, they're held to their terms and have to follow through or risk severing that business relationship. When they're selling through their own website, once they get that money order, they leave the customer to the sharks. I have no idea how they haven't gone under already from hemorrhaging repeat business. Maybe the Amazons and the eBays have kept them just honest enough to stay afloat.

Maybe I'll give them a second chance via Ebay or Amazon. I suspect their prices are higher on those sites, so there won't be much of a "deep discount" to make it worthwhile.

Still no package! I was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Yesterday was the "expected" delivery date, and today was the fifth day. Still held up at some local post office it appears. Can't blame Deep Discount for this, right? RIGHT?!
