He was a pal of Robert Conrad. He appeared on Baa, Baa, Black Sheep as sergeant Micklin. I finished watching the first season of Baa, Baa, Black Sheep. I'm tempted to order the second season because of Red West' death, college boy! West also appeared on Mannix: "Hardball" (1975) ... Dundee (uncredited) "The Empty Tower" (1975) ... Johnny Feigen (uncredited) "Missing: Sun and Sky" (1969) ... Thug (uncredited) "Merry Go Round for Murder" (1969) ... I finished watching the first season of Baa, Baa, Black Sheep. I'm tempted to order the second season because of Red West' death, college boy! While I watched the series during its first run, most of what I remember of Baa Baa Black Sheep was when it used to air in reruns circa 1982-83 ("That's all there was..."). Sgt. Micklin was a big hit among my close pals and I, so we would call each other "college boy" during the frequent "trash talkng" that young lads (used to) do. There's nothng like an eleven-year-old kid channeling a cigar-chomping, officer-loathing, forty-something bad ass like Sgt. Micklin. He sports a mustache and plays a menacing thug working for Michael Ansara.
