If the 'album version' was something created after the fact then it stands to reason it wouldn't necessarily be in the written score.

It is finally here! Omni Music Publishing released the score for The Wizard of Oz today, along with a new layout for the website, which gives you the history behind the scores and their publications.

Has anyone received the Omni "Batman Returns" yet?

I know this thread is kinda starting to die out but I thought I'd just give another update on some things that are happening with Omni.

1. It has been announced that Omni Music Publishing no longer holds the publishing rights for "Willow", and thus meaning once it's out of stock, it's out of stock for good (as of writing this, the book has already been completely sold out. Unfortunately it's looking like it'll have the same fate as Scissorhands).

2. Also recently announced are the forthcoming releases of Bernard Hermann's score to "North by Northwest", which will be released in the next couple of weeks, later to be followed by the release of 1938's "Adventures of Robin Hood".

3. Also, in the same announcement, Tim hinted at the possible release of a third score later this year.

Finally, for those who are not aware, Jerry Goldsmith's "Basic Instinct" is now out.
