Minor addendum to Joseph LoDuca's entry: one of his more recent credits was on the (surprisingly good) Child's Play sequel, Curse of Chucky and he's set to reunite with its writer/director Don Mancini on this fall's Cult of Chucky.
For me the series peaked with Bride of Chucky (with Katherine Heigl!), though some of the self-referential Jennifer Tilly moments in Seed of Chucky amuse me in retrospect, as they did at the time.
Haven't seen any of the post-Seed entries, which I assume are direct-to-video, or whatever the streaming-age terminology is these days.
