Tabloid stupidity. You do realize this is a board about film scores, not about whatever ephemeral bit of whack-off insipid doodle-bug nonsense that happens to catch your eye?

It used to be a royal prerogative. Back as early as the 10th Century BC King David was supposed to employ a young girl to lie across his feet to keep them warm, all night in his old age. It's in the Bible. I don't think 5 minutes is long enough though. Amazingly there's still an Edinburgh sleep research unit, according to the article. I remember vaguely once being asked by a medic flatmate of mine if he could borrow one of my film score LPs to play as subtle background music whilst he entertained a young lady who was a visiting London sleep scientist (she was researching pillow head-banging at the unit!) in a quiet one-to-one setting. For whatever reason, what did he choose? Miklos Rozsa's 'Ben-Hur' with the National Philharmonic on Decca. Whatever floats yer boat. I asked him how it went. Apparently it was very atmospheric, but the 'big fanfares' ruined the intimacy. It's not always easy to rise to the occasion.

This is only good, at least for me, if it's a pretty girl and she's still in the bed when I get there. Realistically, however, you'll need somebody with enough body fat to get the bed warm, so they'll need to employee fat people. I think an electric blanket is better than a real human being with who knows what kind of bodily habits and cleanliness, being in the bed before you. I heard a few months ago of a service being offered for cuddling. Yeah, lonely guys paying to have a girl cuddle with them.

This actually IS a forum for...." whatever ephemeral bit of whack-off insipid doodle-bug nonsense that happens to catch your eye". I was never sure myself but my suspicions were confirmed by the use of the words "Non Film-score Discussion"

I was in my room and i rang and asked for a bedwarmer. They said Certainly Sir. What size "bedwarmer" would you like? And do you want White, Ebony or Asian? And do you want any specific exotic requirements?"
