We'll end the year with our last two releases of the year on Dec. 5th. One I mentioned earlier is a 4-CD set guaranteed to make golden age fans very happy. The second is the release of the year -- for me personally. It's not one people would have expected so it will be a bit of a surprise. But people have asked for it!
I see that litefoot on the Intrada forum speculated the following:
I wonder if the second release is the 3-CD action-packed Disney masterpiece that Doug was referring to? He did indicate at the start of October it would be coming in 'three months or so'.
I'm terrible at these guessing games, so which Disney 3D film do we think this would this be?

If it *is* the second release.
Remember it could be anything from Lucasfilm, Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures...
Lucasfilm - Willow? Young Indiana Jones? I know Roger was very very keen on the latter.

And what about this one? Sounds delightful!
The speculation so far has been either Frank Skinner's Decca LPs or Rozsa's Polydor/London LPs (along with something else since those would fit comfortably on two discs). Between the two I'd prefer Rozsa, but Skinner seems more likely. On the other hand, it could be something completely different, so let your imagination run riot!
What would make Skinner likely at all? With sales of Golden Age material pretty dismal, a four disc set of Skinner scores seems a very unlikely Intrada project to me.
I will let my imagination run riot and get back to you.

Yes! If it is guaranteed to make golden age fans happy, could it be a multi-composer box like FILM NOIR AT PARAMOUNT? Doesn't have to be Film Noir, but different films and different composers is more likely to make everyone happy.

By god you bastards have done it—you're releasing Blade Runner. How many editions? No wait, don't tell me. I want to be surprised.

Only because Roger at one point said somewhere (Intrada forum?) that they were interested in releasing them. Agreed that Skinner seems an unlikely choice for a box set, but maybe the LP programs aren't costly to license and those eight Skinner LPs would fit nicely on 4 CDs. Of course, Roger also said they were looking into the Rozsa LPs but then one has to imagine what would fill out the rest of the set. And as I said, it could be none of the above.

Please do and stop me from fixating on the Rozsa albums (a holy grail chez Essankay)!
