The original television soundtrack score by Elmer Bernstein for " D Day ".

It would also be worth having a compilation of the best of Bernstein's music for "Riverboat "

DAMNATION ALLEY (Goldsmith)
ELMER GANTRY (Previn)
PRESSURE POINT (Gold)
SILVER CHALICE (Waxman)
THE SPIRAL ROAD (Goldsmith)
THE WIND AND THE LION (Goldsmith)
A GATHERING OF EAGLES (Goldsmith)
ONE LITTLE INDIAN (Goldsmith)
BLACK SABBATH (Baxter)
TOO LATE BLUES (Raksin)
TIME AFTER TIME (Rózsa)
THE LAST EMBRACE (Rózsa)

And I have to stop now because lunch is ready.

FSM released a two-disc set of The Silver Chalice, mono, but that's all you're going to get from fifties Warner, I understand they junked all their stereo music tapes.

I'm currently hoping to get the FSM for Christmas this year.

As for soundtracks I want next year, I'm putting in another vote for the Rozsa Polydor albums and some more Disney scores (chiefly Darby O'Gill). But most of all, I continue to hold out hope that one way or another we'll get Friedhofer's Joan of Arc, whether it be through miraculously re-discovered original tapes (doubtful considering the hassles UCLA had to go through to find a good mix for the uncut version) or a new re-recording.

Would be one hell of a year for me

Sorry, I forgot one very important to me ... still give time to include? I hope so:

The Time Tunnel TV Series Complete Score Box

and of course,

Batman TV Series Complete Score Box (ADAM WEST!)

Jason And The Argonauts - Bernard Herrmann (ORIGINAL FILM SCORE!)

And a good wine, of course, preferably Syrah or Malbec.

There's a couple I would be grateful for:

Morricone: La venexiana (remastered, expanded)
Morricone: What Dreams May Come
Morricone: The Scarlet and the Black (released only on vinyl so far)
Shaiman: The Kid
Horner: Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (a normal CD release at last)
Horner: Living in the Age of Airplanes (a normal CD release at last)
Williams: Born on the 4th of July
Zimmer: Spirit - Stallion of the Cimarron (the complete score)

I'm sure there are others as well, but these are the ones that pop up in my mind the most often.

All I want for 2018 are two expanded & complete Michael Kamen scores:

THE ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN

BRAZIL

I'll add two more to that list

X-Men

The Three Musketeers

Pretty much the only holy grail left for me is Graeme Revell's Child Play 2. There are others I'd be happy for (Horner's Fievel Goes West expanded, Goldsmith's Small Soldiers: DE, complete Trevor Jones' Arachnophobia), but Revell is at the very top of that list!

Agreed on Dawn of the Dead, & The Return.... Hoyt was a skilled cartoonist composer, there's not nearly enough of his work out there, bare-bones.

Now that I've read that Tribute Film Classics is "wishfully thinking" about doing some new re-recordings I hope that this wish becomes more of a reality in 2018.

Jurassic Park III
Mulan
The Mummy / The Mummy Returns
Small Soldiers
Leviathan
Hollow Man
Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, et al. (if not too soon?)
