And to CK and everyone else from a damp and disappointingly mild West Yorkshire. Off to pick up the turkey crown from M&S. Sure beats exchanging potshots on the beaches at Dunkirk!
I'm a happy person because all the family is coming to my house for Christmas. We have about an inch of snow here, and it is only 16 degrees outside, but my family brings me warmth. (And most of the FSMers warm me too.)
The first is the family Christmas tree with the Nativity Display built by my dad, the second is the Christmas Market with the bell tower of St. Martin's Church in my hometown. Nothing better than having mulled wine in the snow with the bells ringing above you...
Also boo for the spring-like weather...the hoar-frost doesn't quite count. Now for the Christmas Goose!
Back at ya, CK! It's even warmer and sunnier than usual for December in San Diego, so even that little bit of frost looks like a winter wonderland to me. Heck, I'd even try some of that mule wine.
A late Merry Christmas to everyone as well. It is warm enough here in SD that I'm going out Kayaking with my friend tomorrow near one of the beach areas.
