Mary Peatman, who collaborated with her husband, FSM member John Fitzpatrick, on the formation of The Miklos Rozsa Society, has passed away. It was my privilege and pleasure to know her and John all these years, and to witness their life-long dedication to the world of film music. At the Rozsa website, John recalls the remarkable life she shared with him:
Nice words, Preston. Though I never met Mary or John, in the early days of the MRS her name appeared in editions of 'Pro Musica Sana'. Sincere condolences to Mr Fitzpatrick on his sad loss.
