Its sublime depiction of supernatural romance is enhanced by the intelligence and maturity of the artists who guide us through a profound exploration of love's true nature and spiritual acceptance. This is a great film, romantic in the best meaning of the word. The score is the soul of the film and ties for Best Score ever written for me. (The other one is Planet of the Apes by Goldsmith.)
