I need help trying to find a fellow collector with whom I have lost contact. Maybe the folks on this list can be of assistance. Probably more than 10 years ago, he and I did a load of trading of stuff I had that he needed and vice versa. With the passage of time, his exact name now eludes me. He lived in Texas at that time. First and last name began with a "B" and the last name had two syllables. Like Bill or Bob...and Boxer or Baker. Something like that. I found an old email address in my archives that I thought might be him (bbaker2069@earthlink.net). But it came back as an inactive address when I tried it. His area of expertise was TV LIBRARY MUSIC, "Eyewitness News" promo music, bumper music, and the like. He had MANY YEARS experience collecting this music, much more music than I could ever hope to reciprocate and I considered him the ranking premier expert on the subject. Some years ago, I got an e-mail from another collector (maybe from this Message Board?) saying he had been asked for my contact information from this same person, as he was also trying to reestablish contact with me. Just tonight, I found a "Bob Baker", a real estate agent in Plano, Texas which might be him, and I am pursuing this lead. Can anybody else think of such a collector in their circle of acquaintances? Ron Burbella I know who you're talking about. His name is Bill Baker. It's been years since I last spoke to him. Hopefully he's still around and that you can contact him.
