Are Williams' themes used? Something else? I'm assuming NBC retains exclusive rights to these pieces but I don't know. Yes, the horn fanfare heard during the latter half of the track is the Olympic theme written for CBC TV. It's been used since the 80's. The first six seconds are "Arirang," which I only know because it is set to a text in "The Presbyterian Hymnal" (1990), "Christ, You Are the Fullness." It's quite a lovely tune in its entirety.
