Thorsten Quaeschning of Tangerine Dream has scored this new movie, with his other band Picture Palace Music. As far as I know, it's the first time since 1993 (The Switch) that TD, or a current TD member, has scored an American movie. I guess if TQ had scored this with the other TD members (Ulrich Schnauss and Hoshiko Yamane) he could have put a "Music by Tangerine Dream" credit on the CD/LP, and sold quite a few more copies...
Ron Thompson, who plays the imprisoned lead in Cargo, truly rocks, especially as the rotoscoped Tony and Pete in American Pop. Looking forward to his live action tour de force. Here's the trailer.
