I'm a song pupil who specialises in movie scoring. For my dissertation i were given a movie clip from a few art students from the http://www.essayace.co.uk metropolis (within the united kingdom) I'm based totally in and they stated it changed into best for me to use for my dissertation (this protected an online questionnaire and an exhibition at my uni that's open to the public) all this they agreed to. However not long after I posted the questionnaire online on of the actors got in touch with me announcing that the people who made the film had not asked for his permission to distribute a short movie he turned into concerned in and asked me to take it down. I said no saying I used to be the use of this for the use of education and now not breaching any copyright. But, he insisted announcing that regardless I want to take it down and then those who made the clip have already taken it down. I have searched far and wide in the UK dealing act of a film, however, can discover no solution. The only element i can locate is that I am allowed to use the clip irrespective of copyright but do the organization who made the film wishes the actors' permission.

The large motive's asking that is that I have a form of the exhibition at my uni that is open to the public and I am getting marked on it as part of my dissertation. If every person is aware of the answer to this please send me a hyperlink wherein I'm able to locate the prison regulation.

This reminds me of the infamous Garry Trudeau article about the Madonna "interview" that was translated into Hungarian, then back into English again.

"You bet, friend who is a girl!"

All due respect to the OP, but if her dissertation is as impenetrable as her post here, I feel sorry for the dissertation committee.

Wait a sec, yeah, I know what that is. At least, I'm pretty sure.

At the zoo, with Simon and Garfunkel? Or, was it America? Bow ties, cameras, fake news. Whatever will they think of next? We can put words in your mouth. Try the WH, sweetheart.

He was, Graham, and who could forget that classic monologue from 1962 about never clicking on doubtful links on messageboards or in emails? Especially when the language in the message is nothing like a real person would use.

Best wishes from Leeds, the metropolis I'm based totally in.

What amazes me is that if you go to the essayace website, it isn't even written in decent lingo. Lots of grammatical cock-ups. How the hell they think they can find a clientelle that is even worse than they are themselves is beyond me.

Cringe worthy. A canned response with no content. I've heard TV news pundits make nonsensical repetitive comments when they cant seem to focus their thoughts, but have to say something. To be fair, she might have had some stage fright, despite her outward poise.

How do you mess up such a softball question? All she had to say was "Because most people are dumb-asses." Period. Next question!

She's most likely a "policy wonk" caught off guard by the question because she didn't have time to consult several polls.

Needless to say, she couldnt say that in her situation so she embellished with alot of BS. The question was ridiculous. Reminds me of when I was asked a question by a newscaster on the street. I gave him a good answer, so he wanted to film it. But he re-phrased the question so simply and stupidly - which you hear on local news all the time - that I stumbled over replying (I wanted to say "Of course, are you an idiot?"), so they thanked me and stopped filming.
