Just came across the new soundtrack for a movie called PARADOX, by Daryl Hannah and Neil Young. I started to listen but other than the few nods to Young's music for DEAD MAN, it left me cold. Now, the music for the Jim Jarmusch flick is a whole other story - it works wonders in the movie, and on CD, with the strange mix of poetry reading, dialogue from the movie (a thing I normally hate) and the added sounds of car motors starting, doors closing, nature sounds... it becomes a thing on its own, a very immersive, unique listening experience. I deeply, deeply love it and return to it every so often. Anyone else dig this strange piece of music?

You can get the Main Title on a CD single, thankfully. Bizarre that it wasn’t on the album.
