I e-mailed them again twice on April 11 including once to MV Gerhard himself and again received no response. They used to have good customer service. Why are they slipping? I never had a problem with shipping, but yes they have been pretty hard to reach for me before and were short when they finally did answer. I didn't like that...however everything else about LLL I love.
I believe Matt is usually the one who handles customer service issues now rather than Michael. I had an order problem in the last six months where the shipping department messed up twice, but it was thankfully resolved.
Unnecessarily inflammatory thread. MV is on here all the time and is quick to answer questions and be helpful. A polite inquiry on here would've accomplish the same goal.

Yes, I was a little taken aback. I have done and will continue to do business with LLL, they do a wonderful job with their releases. One of the deserved heavies imo.

Sorry you have not received a response yet. It's April 13. If you sent me an email to my personal account April 11 chances are I have not gotten to it yet. I have on average 200 emails to go through a day.

I can say that they still have FANTASTIC customer service. I recently got a shipment that was missing an item so I emailed them asking about it, and they sent the other item out the next day. LLL is still my favorite label! Followed closely by Intrada. Then Varese. Then Sparks and Shadows. Then Movie Score Media. Then Quartet. Then Kronos. Then Notefornote. Then Disney. Then Watertower music... OK, what the heck am I doing?
I've always had amazing customer service from LLL. They may get swamped at times, is all. A little patience and a follow up email (or other method of getting in touch) is usually all that may be needed in those rare circumstances when you don't get a prompt response.
wow! I'm a UK customer and I've just received this morning (Saturday), my Day The Earth Stood Still CD soundtrack. I ordered it on Monday 09th April and it arrived today so that's just a five day wait from across the pond. it was dispatched from LaLa Land Employee 2 just a couple of hours after ordering.
