OMG. Thanks for sharing Schiffy! Of all the Rota scores out there in the world, a complete edition of this is most exciting to me...I'll definitely have to set aside some funds for this.
Cody, where did you see the Vol. 2 of Lee Holdridge? The contents?. PFK, it is now on page 2 on this board. No contents given. Ford said it is now being worked on.

Great news! Quartet is doing a fantastic job with the Rota expansions. Keep 'em coming please.
Yes, please. I've long wished for an expanded/improved WAR & PEACE, but I don't think that's a CAM/Sugar holding so I'm not holding my breath. And the film is a De Laurentiis production, so that may make it even less likely. If it were possible for Quartet to work their magic on it that would be wonderful.
But I shouldn't be greedy, just the thought of the Fellini possibilities is exciting enough.
Quartet's THE LEOPARD, the subject at hand, is a Record Store Day (4/29) release I see, but what I don't see yet is a pre-order at Screen Archives. My trigger finger is itching!
Apparently. Here's what they said on their Facebook page: "Record Store Day pre-announce surprise! IL GATTOPARDO (THE LEOPARD), the legendary score by Nino Rota for Luchino Visconti's masterpiece for the first time in its complete version. 2-CD set! Available on 04/29."
04/30, sorry. But it will be in stock and ready to ship.
Just to make sure would it please be possible to confirm if the price will be the same as the ‘Amacord’ set? I just need to ensure I have enough funds ready for Monday.
