I'm wrong, now that I have listened to this again with out the window air conditioner going this is a beautiful soundtrack. Soft and subtle. Nice job by Tyler.
I am taken away!! This is one hell of a score and I've been playing non-stop for 6 days now. WOW! And I just ordered 'Partition'.
I highly recommend also: Children of Dune, Standing Up, Truth (all from Varese Sarabande)
This does sound fantastic and Brian Tyler maybe having one of his best years in a long time. If you have not heard or listened to his score, Crazy Rich Asians, you are missing out one of his best period. He may be up for an Oscar for that one. The opening title cue is one of the best this year so far, as is the love them.
Has anyone managed to snag the actual CD of this rather than the MOD version that Amazon.com is selling? I've tried buying it off the UK Amazon, but its currently listed as available within 1 - 2 months.....
I suppose there is no pressed CD... after waiting for 2 months for my copy to ship the order was canceled and it is not listed as being sold by amazon Uk anymore and just the seller - who probably have that shitty CD-R only. :-/

Amazon UK cancelled my order too. And its massively disappointing that this is managing to get a vinyl pressing but not a proper CD pressing. Surely the vinyl is far more expensive to produce, with an even more limited market appeal?
My CD of this finally arrived. I'm not sure if its a CD-R or not, but I'm guessing it is.
If anyone else happened to get the CD, did they notice an error on track 16 around the 50 second mark? It kind of leapt out at me, yet its not present in the Spotify stream of the same track. No visible marks on the CD, so I'm assuming its there in the source used to press the CD. Pretty annoying!
Still an amazing score though, can't get enough of it, definitely one of Tylers most enjoyable in recent years.

Yep, it’s even present on the digital download. When you look at the waveform there is a clear gap in the track. I deleted the gap and the track plays perfectly.
