Okay, first, if you find a topic which addresses this, feel free to link it. I couldn't find it through a few search terms. First, it's obvious that Track 8 on the Music Box set, "Sally's Lament / Wandering Jack" is a misnomer. It should be something like "Search for Jack / Sally's Schemes"... Therefore, some music is missing, in the section where "Doctor Finklestein" joins with "In the Forest" on Track 6. I know they created edits where the music followed the film, such as between "Post Party" leading right into "Jack's Lament"... but was this all the music they could find, all that was allowed (note the extra music placed on Notes and Notions), or all they had room for? The book doesn't detail this question to my satisfaction. Can anyone here help me understand this? Plus, as other labels have started to release music previously only included in a box set, is there a chance we can finally see a Nightmare Before Christmas Legacy edition, including all the cues so far unreleased? This is one of my all-time favorite Elfman scores.
