Well the logo on her arm is American Army signal corps i think.
British one is flags, and some u.s signal corps is flags too but one american army one is a fist with 6 bolts of electric/lightning coming out of it. Perhaps that was the ww2 one?

There are also dozens of different u.s eagle wings insignia (top badhe) Most of them seem u.s airforce related.
The bottom badge - the propeller - possibly could be a rank badge?

Thanks, Bill. She is from WWII era, but her name seems to be what nobody can figure out.

The lightning bolt patch is a World War II Royal Canadian Air Force engineer insignia. The insignia is in embroidered wool and shows a fist holding a few lightning bolts.
