OR
You wait 2 months for your money, fees are never covered, so in fact I end up subsiding the mail costs for free films & to add insult even when the films were signed for PayPal give a full refund & ignore the fact that the packet was signed for when the recipient clearly has the films!
NO way would I ever consider PayPal ever again.
And NO I am not hiding from law enforcement nor have I ever conned anyone on this board unlike the many deals that I have never had completed here!
Anyway irrelevant as you consider $30 (about $22 USA) too costly for 16 films!
