YUP! Winter Weather Advisory for my general area. It's for elevations of 5,500 feet, I'm at around 4,000 feet and we're getting snow flurries and high winds. What the gardens and trees will look like tomorrow is anyones guess.

If you're in the desert part of Washington, that's the eastern part. Your cold winds are part of the cold here too, just jump over the Idaho panhandle, and you're in the Northern Rockies of Montana. I believe your cold, (and snow here), is retribution from our Canadian Friends; and rightly so. When you get back to your warm temps, we will as well Joan.

I think it stopped snowing in southern Saskatchewan about a month ago. Now it's boiling hot. I hope you don't get too badly zapped with snow, Dave. Can't imagine waking up to it in June. Good grief.

I thought this was gonna be an I Dream of Jeannie thread. Dr. Bellows was known to react to Jeannie's wacky weather tricks by saying, "snow.....in the middle of July?" I mean, snow in Florida would be weird enough...

Didn't that PBS reality series "Frontier House" (filmed out there in Montana Dave Country) have a freak storm in the middle of summer?
