There are certainly enough of them by now. I can't say I'm very well acquainted with most of these scores outside their films, but I'm pretty impressed by what Brian Tyler wrote for Thor: The Dark World and Iron Man 3, and I thought Tyler Bates actually came up with a pretty awesome main theme for the Guardians. I also really dug Mothersbaugh's retro-synth stuff on Ragnarok. So rank 'em or just post your favorite or whatever you like from these films. I'm interested in hearing from people with more intimate knowledge of the Marvel film score verse than I. Here they are: Phase One 1.1 Iron Man (2008) 1.2 The Incredible Hulk (2008) 1.3 Iron Man 2 (2010) 1.4 Thor (2011) 1.5 Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) 1.6 The Avengers (2012) Phase Two 2.1 Iron Man 3 (2013) 2.2 Thor: The Dark World (2013) 2.3 Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) 2.4 Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) 2.5 Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) 2.6 Ant-Man (2015) Phase Three 3.1 Captain America: Civil War (2016) 3.2 Doctor Strange (2016) 3.3 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) 3.4 Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) 3.5 Thor: Ragnarok (2017) 3.6 Black Panther (2018) 3.7 Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

Search engine...... Used it. Perhaps I should clarify that this thread is only for scores of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. (Anyways, I can't for the love of Thor see what's wrong with duplicate threads.)

(Anyways, I can't for the love of Thor see what's wrong with duplicate threads.) Spidey isnt MARVEL? The Amazing Spider-Man isn't MCU. But I concur James Horner wrote an exceptional score for that film and it surely tops most if not all of the MCU scores for me.

I am so confused! Lol! The movies listed in the original post all take place in the same continuity, called the MCU. The MCU also includes the TV shows Agents of SHIELD, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, The Defenders, The Inhumans, and oh god probably others I can’t remeber at this point. Things not in the MCU: The 3 Sam Raimi “Spider-man” movies The 2 Marc Webb “Amazing Spider-man” movies Any movie with X-Men or Wolverine in the title Any Fantastic Four movie Ang Lee’s 2003 Hulk movie Deadpool The mid-2000s Punisher movies The Blade trilogy Howard the Duck The early 1990s Captain America movies The Ben affleck Daredevil movie The Jennifer Garner Elektra movie THE Nicolas Cage Ghost Rider movies Etc They’re all based on Marvel comics, but are not within he Marvel Cinematic Universe because other film companies had bought the rights, and/or they predate the 2008 start of the MCU. Several of the characters from those non-MCU movies have appeared in the MCU as new iterations with new actors (Daredevil, Spider/man, Hulk, Elektra, Howard the Duck, Ghost Rider).
