Well I've had no luck finding a new television. I'm not investing in a 4K unit. All my movies are in 1080p and I've read 1080P will look blurry on a 4K monitor. Bottom line, no one is selling 1080 televisions anymore!
There are a few on Best Buy and Amazon, but I fall into two issues, the screen sizes are to small, around 43in and smaller and the refresh rates on these models are all 60hz instead of 120hz. I can find one or two larger screen 60hz models, but worry the refresh rate will result in less than desirable picture.
I should add I've only looked at Sony and Samsung models which supposedly display the best picture.
Finally got a new television from a third party vender selling on Amazon. But I discovered a new causality. My Blu Ray player was also fried! So in total, I lost my 1080p television, Apple TV, Blu Ray Player, internet modem, and Mac Ethernet port. Ironically the only things that survived all this were my ancient CD player, receiver and speakers. (Dating back to the late 80's!)
Hopefully someone can help. I could only find a television with two HDMI ports. But I'll need three. Do HDMI splitter's work? Will there be a lose in picture quality by using a splitter?

Thanks Ado, I already purchased my TV about six months ago. Which is why I was asking about splitters. If they're no good I'll just have to switch out two HDMI cables manually based on what I want to play.

Oh, sorry, ok, yeah, you can make it work probably. You might want to take a look at this, not really a splitter per-se, it is like a master box. It seems like people like it on the reviews.
