I applaud the creativity, talent and vision of the artist in this piece. But not my cup tea, so I won't be buying this watermelon. Williams here, to me looks more like an aging Judge Lance Ito from the O.J. Trial.
I do like the inclusion of the "Amistad" Ship though in reference to that film with such a great John Williams score. Also, what does the "Clasping Hands" above the ship represent?
Looks like a print of a paper cut out. Don't really care for the army helmet and sailing ship, to generic. E.T. is flying off the upper right side of the page, breaking the rule of composition.
It's a cute piece, but the Schindler 'hand' thing looks like something else that would be inappropriate for me to say. I'd put up something else instead, like the girl in the red dress.
Williams / Spielberg Art related, I wonder if Drew Stuzen's artwork/poster from THE SPIELBERG WILLIAMS COLLABORATION CD was ever made available for purchase? Two different "art" approaches to simular subject. Bravo to both Drew and Jackie for their contributions and artistic gifts! We can celebrate it all along with Spielberg and Williams and the other films/directors/composers represented, for their artistry and creative genius.
Always loved this beautiful Composer Art Montage by Paul Shipper. Would love to purchase this one! More of Paul Shipper's amazing artwork here: http://paulshipperstudio.com/work
Really like the first artwork from the Williams Spielberg cd - sure wish it was available somewhere. I’d hang it in my media closet - instant purchase.
