The Zimmer-track runs for 3:45. No track with that length on the album. Could it be an extract of the suite?

I meant the first 3:45 mns of track 2. Part of which consist of the end title music.

I got it today. The track is kind of a remix, not totally similar to any tracks on the soundtrack, but not too unlike the end credits. Sadly, it features the choir at the end, which I have always found quite grating.

Sometimes they want the choir, sometimes they don't. Who's to know? You just can't win.

The A World Apart choir is just false and wrong-sounding. But of course they are not professional singers.
