Wanna feel old? For our 40th hs reunion, we visited our old school. It was a small, private Catholic all girls school (no, not for wayward girls). It's been closed for some time and now it's assisted living apartments. Some of my friends have their names on the waiting list. Dear God, not me.
For a while I worked with a lady in her fifties who still lived in the house, the kitchen sink of which she’d been born in.
I got it TG. I cannot imagine that but maybe that's where the saying "everything but the kitchen sink" came from?

Yep. That's me (then age 42) standing in front of the house I had not seen since 1980. This was taken in 2005. The front yard had grassy areas where those cars are parked. I mowed that lawn every Sunday for 8 years! The house may not be pretty on the outside but it's huge on the inside. Five bedrooms, three baths and one real fireplace. Great memories.
