I have been for over the past year, no meat or any diary - the only thing I still eat besides plant based is eggs for breakfast.

I've become a changed man, lost a lot of weight, and it's really improved my overall health.

The thing I keep hearing the most is, how the hell could you give up cheese?

I think you're allowed to eat cheese plants. But no diaries. Bad for the digestion.

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. In all truthfulness, no, I've never tried to follow any kind of diet.

What's good for the digestion is music with your meal. Ask Tuco.

I have been vegan for the last month and a half. I thought giving up cheese would be difficult but it hasn't been that bad and i feel better for it. Happy to discuss further tips if anyone is interested.

No meat. No Dairy. No fish.

Still eat eggs and honey - almost vegan.

Couple books with recipes I use often are the Oh She Glows series of books, and How Not To Die.

Recently made an awesome Spaghetti Squash Lasagna with Tofu Ricotta.

Been eating a lot of Caesar salads with raw cashew based dressing.

Also love a good vegan pesto made with fresh basil and nutritional yeast instead of parmesan.

I’m mostly vegetarian but I eat eggs and fishes.
I avoid processed plant-based protein made from soy (tofu, tempe) and wheat (seitan)
because it is industrial so not raw and natural.
I refuse the ideology veganism.
Protein-wise, you can find them in nuts, seeds, legumes, cereals, rices and even in some fruits.

I don't like Seitan - to me it's like eating play dough.

Tempeh isn't my favorite either, but I do enjoy tofu. smile

Forgive me if that sounds disgusting, but then I've never tried it. Scrambled or drizzled?
