The latest hyundai advert features the song Lucky, Lucky, Lucky Me by Evelyn Knight.
It was recorded with the Ray Charles Singers and released as a 78rpm single in 1950. It was written by Milton Berle and Buddy Arnold, and was first recorded by Berle before Knight made it famous.
But i recognised the theme from Ortolani's Valachi Papers, i always thought it was a traditional sicilian wedding tune.
More investigation needed. Anyone know anything about it?
