"The Monster Project" features a lot of POV stuff from one of the main protagonists (via GoPro), mixed with other footage such as body camera from another character and filmed footage intended to be part of a documentary.

Fun flick!

Oh.....and "Afflicted" (one of the best Found Footage films out there) features lengthy (and very cleverly filmed) POV shots from a chest-worn camera worn by one of the two protagonists. It's a belter of a movie.

Also...."V/H/S"....the first segment (which was later expanded into the movie "SiREN") entitled "Amateur Night".... it's entirely told from a pair of glasses with a mini-camera worn by one of the protagonists. Also, the movie is worth watching for this segment alone.

There a segment in "V/H/S 2" called "Safe Haven" - directed by Gareth Evans - which is completely bonkers in its audacity, and all POV I seem to remember.

In fact, most of the V/H/S trilogy is POV segments, but it's hard to sit through some of the dross. "A Ride In The Park" from V/H/S 2 is also well-worth a watch though....it's exactly what it says it is...someone riding through a park wearing a GoPro...though a lot of the population of the park suddenly turn....bitey....also "Phase 1: Clinical Trials" from the same movie is all filmed from the point of view of a false eye that is able to record....it's just that it might be seeing more than it should.

I watched Kill Switch (2017) last night.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5464234/

It was an average Sci-Fi movie, but most of it is done from the POV of the protagonist.

"Hello darlin' fancy a bit of fun?"
I think the ripper film i was referring to for grisly killings thru "Jack's" eyes was A study in terror.
