That is an incredibly good observation; I never would have gotten it, but I think you're right.
U-turning major Edit!! All that crap i wrote about it looking likely a 60s poster...i take it all back! Altho Ward's outfit wasnt black, i searched the internet and found some very similar-orange-tinged pictures from that film Rameau suggested. And pictures of identical indian teepees.
